Destemmed grape, nocturnal for the freshness of the aromas. Long fermentation at low temperature, gentle ex-traction for full expression of the fruit. Aging in stainless steel vats in an insu-lated and air-conditioned cellar. The Atlantic grape varieties (Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon) are pleasing in our Mediterranean climate. It guarantees impeccable maturity, aromas of black fruit (blackcurrant and blueberry) and melted tannins. A treat from the aperitif to the dish and cheese.
