Aging in stainless steel vats in an insulated and air-conditioned cellar. Blend dominated by Syrah, this deep and generous wine asserts itself on the red and black fruit, it reflects our Languedoc sun with elegant notes of garrigue. An ideal wine for grilled meats and vegetables.
