EYE: Beautiful pale yellow colour with green highlights, brilliant.
NOSE: Pleasant, combining white flowers with a hint of almond.
PALATE: A fairly powerful attack, generous aromas with the same southern character.
AGEING: 18 to 24 months.
PAIRING AND SERVING: A summer wine to enjoy as an aperitif or with grilled fish, white meats, dumplings, soufflés, etc.
Serve at 8-10°C.

OEIL : Belle robe jaune pâle, reflets verts, brillante.
NEZ : Plaisant, mariant les fleurs blanches à une tonalité d’amande.
BOUCHE : Une attaque assez puissante, des arômes généreux où l’on retrouve le même caractère méridional.
VIEILLISSEMENT : 18 à 24 mois.
ACCOMPAGNEMENT ET SERVICE : Vin d’été à déguster à l’apéritif ou sur un poisson grillé, des viandes blanches, quenelles, soufflés …
Servir à 8/10°C.
