Rouge Tradition

EYE: Beautiful deep ruby colour, young. NOSE: Clean with hints of ripe stone fruit (morello cherry, prune). PALATE: Similar character, offering a pleasant balance with a spicy finish. CONCLUSION: An ideal wine for barbecues. AGEING: Will gain in bouquet with age. Can be kept for 4 to 6 years. PAIRING AND SERVING: Roast beef, rib of beef, flank steak with shallots, remarkable with Reblochon cheese. Serve at 14/17°C.
