PALATE: A supple attack, mellow tannins and prominent fruit, best enjoyed young. CONCLUSION: A convivial style, perfect for sharing with friends over a meal. AGEING: Best drunk young, for any occasion. PAIRING AND SERVING: With a low alcohol content (13%), Rondoletto is ideal as a summer wine, with barbecues or buffets. Serve at 13-14°C.
