TASTING NOTES: Nose dominated by ripe black and red fruits and delicate spices. Very colourful, full-bodied on the palate, harmonious and fruity. A beautiful expression of the terroir. PAIRING AND SERVING: Starters, cold meats, grilled meats, white meats, cow's milk cheeses. The ultimate summer red, best served slightly chilled at 14-16°C.
