PALATE: beautifully round and rich, pure and precise aromas that take on a spicy, silky, refined character with a lingering finish.
AGEING: Drink now while the fruit is still present, but will improve over 3 to 4 years.
FOOD PAIRING: Open with a prawn gratin, a sweet and savoury dish, vol-au-vent, river fish or grilled lobster. Ideal with a shellfish platter or goat's cheese. Serve at 8-10°C.
