Rosé Tradition

EYE: Cherry red with purple highlights. NOSE: Evokes fresh grapes and red fruits, particularly raspberries and strawberries. PALATE: A sustained fruitiness that is found again in a full-bodied, round and smooth palate. CONCLUSION: Expressive and harmonious. AGEING: Best drunk young, but can be aged for 3 or 4 years. PAIRING AND SERVING: Perfect for a good summer meal, grilled meat and fish, mixed salads, but also enjoyed as a chilled aperitif. Serve at 8/10°C.
