From Saint-Macaire-du-Bois, Domaine du Logis de Bray (42 ha) produces a distinctive Anjou Blanc from Chenin grown on clay-sandy-loam soils. Harvested very ripe, gently pressed and fermented at low temperature, it shows a pale-yellow color and fruity aromas.
Fresh and elegant, it pairs beautifully with hot or cold starters, sauced fish, and goat cheese.
