Grand Cépage Chardonnay is a wine from the Languedoc-Roussillon region, produced in a climate characterized by alternating warm days and cool nights. Vinified at low temperatures and then aged for several months in vats, it offers a pale yellow color, aromas of white fruit and citrus, and a fresh, lively, and balanced palate. Serve between 8 and 10°C; ideal as an aperitif, with seafood, white meats, or pasteurized cheeses.
