SIGNATURE CARAMANY

Vintagefrom Caramany on the granite hills of the Agly, a blend of Syrah and Carignan hand-harvested. Carignan undergoes carbonic maceration, Syrah and Grenache are traditionally macerated. Deep garnet color with violet highlights, aromas of blackberry, redcurrant, violet, and spices, with silky tannins. Harmonious, drink young or cellar for 4 years. Ideal with lamb, beef, poultry, or cheeses. Serve at 16–18°C.
