This vintage comes from the Agly Valley, grown on schist soils near Latour-de-France. A blend of Syrah, Carignan and Grenache Noir, it is hand-harvested and carefully vinified. The wine offers a deep garnet color, red fruit aromas, silky tannins and a long, spicy finish. It pairs well with meats and cheeses and is best served at 16–18°C. Can age 3–4 years
