Casa Saint Pierre Muscat Sec grown on clay-limestone terraces with schist pebbles. Harvested early, gently pressed in oxygen-free conditions, and fermented at low temperature, then aged briefly on fine lees. Very pale, shiny yellow with lychee, citrus and white-flower aromas. Lively, fresh and rounded, with a long exotic, citrusy finish. Perfect as an aperitif, with oysters, asparagus or scallops, served at 10–12 °C.
