A pale rosé from deep Roussillon soils—granite, stony alluvium and schist. Made from Syrah, Grenache Noir and Muscat Petits Grains, harvested early and gently pressed, then fermented at low temperature and aged briefly in tank. Fresh aromas of redcurrant, raspberry and white peach. Elegant, mineral palate with lively red-fruit acidity and a long, refreshing finish. Enjoy young, with tapas, summer salads or grilled dishes, served at 8–10 °C.
