Wine from clay-limestone and schist soils, made from Muscat Petit Grain and Muscat of Alexandria. Short skin maceration, fermentation controlled at 18°C, aged 6 months in a reductive environment. Green-yellow color, intense nose with exotic aromas, citrus and floral notes. Balanced palate, sweet-acid with muscat berry flavors. Ideal as an aperitif, with desserts, pasta, or cheese. Serve very chilled at 10°C.
