Grenache Blanc from Roussillon, grown on clay-limestone hills and terraces covered with schist pebbles. Harvested early to preserve aromas, gently pressed and fermented at low temperature, then briefly aged in tank. Pale yellow with green highlights, offering citrus, white-flower and exotic notes. Fresh, crisp attack with a rounded balance and a lemony finish. Ideal with bouillabaisse, oysters or grilled fish, served at 8–10 °C.
