Grenache Noir from Roussillon grown on rolled pebbles, schist, and stony alluvium. Cold pre-fermentation maceration enhances fresh fruit aromas, followed by fermentation at 25 °C and early bottling. Garnet color with bluish hues, explosive red-fruit jam, pepper, and garrigue notes. Ample, spicy palate with soft tannins and an elegant finish. Enjoy with grilled meats or Mediterranean dishes, at 16–18 °C.
