Saveurs d’Autrefois is a Languedoc-Roussillon red made from Cabernet and Syrah grown on clay-limestone soils. Traditionally macerated and tank-aged, it shows a garnet color, a nose of jammy red berries with a hint of pepper, and a smooth, rounded palate with soft tannins. Serve at 16 °C. Perfect with charcuterie, grilled meats, or hearty stews.
